This thoughtful gesture will remind them how you helped them and let them know you’re still there when they need you. Remember, most people move on average every 5 years so their next move may be closer than you think!


Receiving birthday wishes is always appreciated – especially when you receive a handwritten card. This old school approach means a lot to people, mainly because most of the time greetings are delivered in a text message or post on their social media page. Each month, make it a point to send birthday cards to friends, neighbors, clients, and prospects. This simple act won’t go unnoticed, or unrewarded with future business.

New Baby

The birth of a baby is a perfect reason to reach out. Don’t let this milestone go unnoticed. Be sure to send a handwritten card to the new parents (or grandparents) with your congratulatory wishes.
